Designed to streamline notes, contracts, and systems in one place, the tool was already gaining traction but the product experience and brand presence weren’t yet at the level needed for wide adoption.

Strategy
Our approach focused on clarity, speed, and trust. We drew from intuitive SaaS and fintech benchmarks (e.g., Robinhood’s dashboard clarity, Apple-like simplicity) to simplify workflows into 1–2 taps.
We balanced mobile-first design for agents with streamlined desktop layouts for admins. Visual direction emphasized cohesion and polish, elevating MyOps from MVP look-and-feel to a product that signals reliability and scalability.
